These are our basic Terms and Conditions:

1. The only method of payment Passionate about Banners will accept is via PayFast.
2. It is the responsibility of advertisers to provide Passionate about Banners with their banners ads.
3. Clicks are actual clicks on banners. If we find any unusual trends (e.g. more clicks than Impressions) we will investigate, We may halt your campaign during that time, even delete it and re-create it. A percentage of clicks will be added to your contract number to make provision for our own testing.
4. Impressions are banners shown on participating hosts. If we find any unusual trends we will investigate, We may halt your campaign during that time, even delete it and re-create it. A percentage of impressions will be added to your contract number to make provision for our own testing.
5. Your banners need to meet the following specifications:
   1. 468px X 60px, 72dpi-96dpi, .jpg
   2. 250px X 300px, 72dpi-96dpi, .jpg
   3. 120px X 120px, 72dpi-96dpi, .jpg
6. Passionate about Banners does not do banner ad designs for clients. You may make use of a professional graphics designer:

7. NO Banners will be placed that has the following nature, content, or link to any of the following sites:
   1. Promoting any alcohol usage other than sites dedicated to the rehabilitation of alcoholics.
   2. Promoting any drug (be it prescribed or illegal) usage other than sites dedicated to the rehabilitation of drug addicts.
   3. Promoting sex or pornography in any way with the exclusion of save havens for sexually abused persons.
   4. Promoting any political parties or activities.
   5. Promoting any violence, illegal activities.
8. Where possible banners will not be shown on sites where business could possibly be in competition with one another. However, individual hosts do have the option to have this removed.
9. Passionate about Banners reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time as it sees fit in order to protect ourselves, visitors to our sites, and our advertisers.
